Research on dual-pathway U.S. institutions—York as site, not a superintendent licence.
Online or on campus

U.S. higher education administration is not a global MBA with a campus photo. This PhD treats governance, finance, quality files, and student-success operations as research objects, with Crownshire’s own dual-pathway condition as a legitimate—but not exclusive—empirical setting. You will be expected to know the difference between institutional accreditation stories and programme-level sticker fiction, and to write public-information ethics into the dissertation when claims are the data. Doctoral applicants name primary mode. Residencies, if any, are specified as academic contact, not tourism. English-medium waiver includes prior English-medium study and U.S. regionally accredited bachelor's; a master’s is required. Interviews are timezone-aware. Identity-checked milestones apply whether the candidate’s desk is on the York campus or elsewhere. You will treat public-information ethics as data when claims are the phenomenon. Faculty will fail proposals that seek a superintendent licence or an HLC peer-reviewer appointment through this PhD. Dual pathway is a legitimate empirical setting, not the only permitted topic. Sixty credits include methods, field seminars, and a defensible dissertation. Examination fee is 80. UNESCO, ministry, and extra marks are not invented in the thesis front matter. The award is a research PhD. It is not a professional Ed.D. licence, not a guarantee of a VP post, not HLC endorsement of the candidate. Examination fee is 80. Careers are institutional research, administration, and scholarly work with fences intact.
Sixty credits: U.S. higher-education systems, research methods, specialised seminars (quality, finance, student success, public information), and dissertation. Identity-checked milestones. Doctoral GPA practice as other Crownshire PhDs.
